These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and fbjaee governing your use of our online casino and sports betting platform. Please read every section carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on fbjaee.
Binding on Registration

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between fbjaee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any product or service offered through the fbjaee website at https://fbjaee.net and any associated mobile-optimised versions of that domain.
By accessing the fbjaee platform — whether or not you complete the account registration process — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fbjaee platform.
These Terms should be read alongside the fbjaee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials, game descriptions, or other ancillary documents, these Terms shall take precedence.
Important: fbjaee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice, except in cases where material changes affect player rights or financial obligations. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use fbjaee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. fbjaee is strictly an 18+ platform. Real-money gambling by persons under 18 is absolutely prohibited.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).

Underage Access Policy: Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made to that account may be returned to the payment source used, and any winnings generated will be voided. fbjaee is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the enforcement of this policy.
Account Registration
Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) fbjaee account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or any other information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Registration Requirements

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbjaee account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fbjaee will never ask you to provide your password via email, SMS, or any support channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
All activity conducted through your fbjaee account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity, unless you have previously notified fbjaee of a suspected account compromise.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
fbjaee operates a Know Your Customer programme. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before withdrawing funds or when your account activity triggers a review. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is complete.
Data Protection: All personal information submitted during registration and KYC verification is handled in accordance with the fbjaee Privacy Policy. Your data is stored on encrypted, access-restricted servers and will never be sold to third parties.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on fbjaee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fbjaee supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit amount on fbjaee is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your fbjaee balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours to reflect in your account depending on processing times at the originating bank.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in the funds being held pending investigation. fbjaee reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any associated withdrawal.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, your fbjaee account must be fully KYC-verified. If a bonus is active on your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
Transaction Limits
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the fbjaee cashier page within your account dashboard. fbjaee reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for high-value transactions.
No Hidden Fees: fbjaee does not charge players any fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside fbjaee's control. All amounts at fbjaee are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka with no foreign currency conversion charges.
Bonuses & Promotions
fbjaee offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated in the promotional offer itself.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by fbjaee are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be requested. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonus Eligibility
- Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- Bonuses are available to players with fully verified fbjaee accounts only, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
- fbjaee reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion, particularly if there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation.
- Players who have opted out of receiving promotional communications will not receive bonus notifications but may still claim publicly available promotions manually.
Bonus Abuse
fbjaee prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotion; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Any detected bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
Promotion Validity: All promotions have a stated validity period. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not completed within the stated timeframe will expire automatically. fbjaee will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports betting, casino gaming, dice games, and any other wagering activity conducted on the fbjaee platform is subject to the product-specific rules published in the relevant game or betting market, as well as the following general principles.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on fbjaee — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the official rules of the relevant sport and tournament. Settled bets are final and cannot be reversed except in cases where fbjaee determines that an obvious error has occurred in odds publication.
Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled according to the specific settlement rules for that market, which are available in the fbjaee Betting Rules document. In general, bets on events postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
Casino Games
All casino games on the fbjaee Casino platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed by the game provider and can be accessed within the game information panel. fbjaee does not manipulate RTP settings.
Live Casino

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fbjaee platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Opening more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
- Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
- Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in ways not explicitly permitted by fbjaee.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a platform error will be voided.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the fbjaee platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker product, or betting market.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing fbjaee staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Circumventing any self-exclusion, account restriction, or cooling-off measure applied to your account.
Enforcement: fbjaee employs real-time fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor all platform activity. Suspected violations are investigated thoroughly. Where evidence of prohibited conduct is found, fbjaee will act decisively and reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited means.
Account Termination & Suspension
fbjaee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions raised by the player with their payment provider.
- A player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted through the fbjaee responsible gaming tools.
- Any regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation that requires fbjaee to restrict access to a specific player or group of players.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your fbjaee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the payment method on file, subject to the completion of applicable KYC requirements. If a bonus is active on your account at the time of closure, that bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Effect of Termination
Upon account termination, your access to the fbjaee platform will be revoked. Legitimate funds held in your account at the time of closure — excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct — will be returned to you through the applicable payment method, following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. fbjaee's obligations under these Terms survive account termination to the extent necessary to give effect to the terms of closure.
Appeals
If your account has been suspended and you believe the suspension was made in error, you may appeal by contacting our support team in writing at [email protected] with a clear explanation of the circumstances. fbjaee will review all appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions made following a full appeal review are final.
Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who self-exclude through fbjaee's responsible gaming tools will have their accounts suspended immediately. Governing Principles & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are drafted to be consistent with internationally accepted online gaming industry standards. In the event of a dispute between a player and fbjaee, the following process applies:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: The player submits a formal complaint in writing to [email protected], describing the dispute and the resolution sought.
- Step 2 — Internal Review: fbjaee's customer service and compliance teams will review the complaint and respond within five (5) business days.
- Step 3 — Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, the matter may be escalated to fbjaee's senior compliance team by responding to the initial resolution email and requesting escalation.
All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. fbjaee will not consider disputes submitted after this period. The language of all dispute correspondence is English.
